It’s been on her dream list of locations for years, and she finally has access to the property — for an entire month! There’s only one problem: she’s not the only investigator prowling the grounds.
 
Derek Garcia has seen the worst life has to offer, which has only served to strengthen his belief that supernatural phenomena aren’t real. He’s certain the hauntings are a hoax, the product of fallible human imagination. He and his crew, backed by a powerful network with their sophisticated equipment and deep pockets, are on-site to disprove the local lore.
