Book Event Updates

Because of the incident surrounding Booked In Chaos, I will no longer be attending.

Let me be clear: I wish no ill-will on the event or Shelly (the event coordinator). She is entitled to her opinion, even if it's not something I agree with. And in response, I will not be attending the event. I wish her well with all her endevours.

I apologize to all my readers who were looking forward to meeting me at Booked In Chaos. I hope we can meet at another event.

My priority will always be the safety and well-being of my readers and others in my community. I would not want you to feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I will continue to speak out against injustice, bigotry, and hatred.

With that being said, I have announced that I will be attending Books And Bourbon Spooky Soiree instead. Books and Bourbon takes place in Bardstown, KY. I have always wanted to attend, but becuase it sat smack in the middle of two other events, I wasn't able to afford it. Since I am no longer attending BiC, I can put those funds towards B&B.
